Before reading chapter two about "Some properties of work groups" we used to believe that working in groups was just something about join together because of one specific task and finish it, but now, we have a different conception about what really means working in teams!
First of all we realized about the differences between "groups" and "teams". A group has more relation with our previous definition, and it is not as committed as teams. We think that a "team" is a group of people who join together in order to work for the same goal in a cohesive way. It means that the members are really involved with all the aspects of the team, as background and atmosphere.
Background is somethig that each member has, based on their previous experiences and working with other groups, all these knowledge is really meaningful at the time

i don't know why I get the feeling that this is a bit incomplete. Could you please elaborate a bit more on the topics and concepts stated in the reading. For example, what about advantages and disadvantages of working in teams and in groups?
What about the atmosphere?
